BurgerFi, one of the fastest growing, fast-casual restaurant chains, is planning its newest location in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The restaurant is slated to go in The Railyard on the corner of Canopy & Q Streets in the popular Haymarket area and is the first BurgerFi to open in the state. The 3,500-square-foot restaurant, which will include a 1,010-square-foot patio, is set to begin interior build-out by June with an expected opening date of late August 2015. The franchisee was represented by Sally DeLair and Marc Snow, Sales Associates of NAI FMA Realty.

The Florida-based BurgerFi restaurant chain features a “better burger concept” that focuses on all natural, free-range beef without steroids, antibiotics, chemicals or additives. BurgerFi also sells fresh-cut fries, onion rings, Kobe beef hot dogs, quinoa veggie burgers, craft beer, wine and frozen custard and frozen concretes made with cane sugar.

In addition, the restaurant design puts an emphasis on environmentally sustainable elements, including recycled furnishings and energy efficiency. Currently BurgerFi has over 67 locations in the U.S.
