Heritage Oaks, located at 2720 N. 2nd Street, recently hosted a Revitalization Event to celebrate the recent changes with several Lincoln properties operated by Ascentia Real Estate Property Solutions. Formerly Gaslight, Woodlawn, and Countryside Estates are now titled Maple Grove, Heritage Oaks and Ravenwood. A ribbon cutting event with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce on June 25th not only marked the unveiling of the new names but also the grand opening of the newly remodeled office.
The Heritage Oaks community consists of resident-owned homes but Ascentia is currently accruing brand new homes in the area for rent as well. With an outstanding amount of inventory of mostly brand new homes, the company commonly refers to these homes as “Freestanding Apartments” because just as you can rent an apartment you can rent a single home as well. Following the apartment model in a unique way will remain a signature of these Ascentia communities in Lincoln.
