Casper graduated from the University of Nebraska – Kearney with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and History and received his Master of Science Physician Assistant degree from the University of New England in Portland, Maine.
Casper sees patients at People’s Quick Care, People’s Health Center (www.phclincoln.org) urgent care clinic, which is located at 2246 O Street (corner of 23rd and O Streets).
