Scrabble Scramble, the city’s only team event for America’s favorite word game, is back! Lincoln Literacy (lincolnliteracy.org) is accepting registrations for its 7th annual fundraising tournament. Teams of four will compete in two divisions, recreational and competitive, in three half-hour rounds of wordplay for fun, glory, prizes and a traveling trophy. Scrabble Scramble will take place on Sunday, November 8, from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 6001 A St. Event sponsorships are a great way to be recognized for your support of our community’s charitable leader in language and literacy services.
