Shawnna Silvius Joins Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development

Shawnna Silvius has joined the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development (LPED) team as director of Talent Solutions. She has nearly 19 years of experience, much of that in community building and economic development and is an experienced marketer and event planner.

Silvius has an extensive background in implementing and managing asset-based community and economic, regional, leadership, and entrepreneurial development programs. She is a results driven, civic entrepreneur who focuses on inspiring, equipping and connecting communities.

In her role as Director of Talent Solutions, Silvius will work with businesses to find creative solutions to their workforce challenges. The Lincoln Vision Plan recently created by Angelou Economics details goals and strategies for developing a world class workforce including the addition of an LPED staff member focused on talent attraction and development.
