Miller Seed Company and Drywall Supply, Inc. Break Ground on New Warehouse Facility in Lincoln

Miller Seed Company announced that it has broken ground on a new 34,000 square foot build-to-suit warehouse facility for Gypsum Management & Supply, Inc. (GMS) subsidiary Drywall Supply, Inc. (DSI) www.gms.com.  DSI will move its operations from its current facility when construction is complete, which is scheduled for January 2016.

The project is the first in the planned re-development of the Miller Seed Company Complex at 1600 Cornhusker Highway. It will increase the warehousing space for the building products distribution company by 20,000 sq. ft., while also providing additional retail space offering a wide variety of tools, joint treatments and finishes, safety supplies, accessories and more. DSI is currently preparing to build another location in the Omaha market as well.
