Q2 Holdings & HopCat Lease 28,000-Square-Feet at 601 P Street
NAI FMA Realty (www.naifmarealty.com) and Tetrad Property Group (www.tetradpropertygroup.com) have announced that two leases totaling over 28,000-square-feet were signed with Q2 Holdings and HopCat at the Olsson Associates building at 601 ‘P’ Street on behalf of the Landlord, Project Oscar LLC.
Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: QTWO), a provider of secure, cloud-based virtual banking solutions for credit unions and community banks plans to expand its Lincoln market presence by leasing 20,000-square-feet of office on the fourth floor of the building. Q2, headquartered in Austin, Texas, acquired Centrix Solutions, Inc., a Lincoln-based company, in July for $20 million.
HopCat, a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based restaurant and bar, will take an 8,200-square-foot space on the first floor of the building. HopCat features 130 craft beer taps, which will be the largest draft system in the state. The Lincoln location is slated to open in late 2016.
Olsson Associates partnered with Tetrad Development of Omaha to build the four-story, 82,000-square-foot building which was completed in 2014. Olsson, an engineering and design firm, occupies 46,000-square-feet.
With the two leases in place, less than ten percent of the building remains available for lease.
