Celebrate Lincoln Art and Artists: Nominations for Mayor’s Arts Awards Now Open

Did you attend an outstanding arts event in 2015? Do you know an art teacher or an unsung volunteer who works tirelessly making great art happen in Lincoln? These are three possible categories open for public nominations. Mayor Chris Beutler along with the Lincoln Arts Council (artscene.org) will honor our local arts champions selected by a panel of community professionals at the 38th Mayor’s Arts Awards on June 15, 2016. All are invited to prepare a nomination for a project, organization or person. The deadline is January 14, 2016.
