CBMC March Executive Roundtable to Focus on Crisis Management
Dealing with a business crisis is confusing and threatening. But what if you could get expert instruction from Harvard Business School—and advice directly from experienced CEO’s of successful area businesses? That is what Lincoln CBMC’s Executive Roundtable can offer you. Crisis Management is the focus of the March meeting, with the group taking a look at Harvard Business resources that teach entrepreneurs to prepare for a crisis, navigate an authentic crisis and learn from past events.
Lincoln CBMC’s Executive Roundtable is one of five Peer Advisory Groups conducted by CBMC. It meets monthly and offers members business acumen and spiritual guidance on dealing with pressing business issues. The majority of the 40 plus businesses represented in the Peer Advisory Groups experienced record growth in 2015. Not only did many businesses see significant growth but these groups of business and professional men provided advice and expertise for members of less prosperous businesses so that they could learn winning strategies.
The Peer Advisory Group members provide each other with accountability, resources, confidentiality, encouragement and support. If you would benefit from a Peer Advisory Group, give Ed a call at (402) 730-8797 or email enix@cbmc.com to learn more.
