Matt Taylor Named Winner of New Company Entrepreneur Award

Matt Taylor, co-owner of several unique and highly popular bars located in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District, was recently honored as the recipient of the New Company Entrepreneur Award.

As part of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s New Venture Competition, sponsored by the UNL College of Business Administration’s Center for Entrepreneurship, Taylor was honored at a banquet held on April 6th along with several other local start-ups and entrepreneurs.

A successful, visionary bar owner who has made his mark by bringing new, niche concepts to life in Lincoln, Taylor was honored for his part in opening and operating Tavern on the Square in 2010, The Other Room in 2013, and his newest endeavor, Inglenook, which recently opened at the beginning of 2016.
