West Gate Bank Announces New Hire, Two Promotions
The West Gate Bank® (westgate.bank) Board of Directors has elected Kim Foreman to the title of assistant vice president, branch manager of the West O location; Jonah Hamilton to the title of assistant vice president, branch manager of the 84th & Eagle Crest location; and Rachelle Soulliere to the title of vice president, mortgage loan officer.
Kim Foreman brings over 14 years of banking experience to her new role at West Gate Bank. She will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the branch, developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, providing personal service to meet their financial needs and coaching her staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.
Foreman is involved with PNG North, Lakeview Elementary, and Meals on Wheels.

Jonah Hamilton joined West Gate Bank in November of 2012 as a part-time teller at the West Gate Bank Center location. He moved up through the ranks to full-time, teller supervisor, and universal banker. He transferred to the Midtown location in 2014 as a personal banker, and was promoted to assistant branch manager in September of 2015. In his new role, Hamilton is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and providing personal service to meet their financial needs. In addition, he will lead and coach his staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.
Hamilton is involved with the East Lincoln Business Association and volunteers with a high school youth group.

Soulliere began her career at West Gate Bank in 1997. In 2002, she was named branch manager of the West O Street location and was promoted to vice president, branch manager in 2007. In that role, she was responsible for the development and maintenance of business relationships with customers in the West O area, development of staff and branch performance. In her new position, Soulliere is shifting focus to mortgage origination and building customized solutions for brokers and clients purchasing or refinancing a home.
Soulliere is treasurer of the West O Area Business Association, leads the Elementary School savings program at Lakeview Elementary school, is past president of the Friendship Home, a Leadership Lincoln alumni and the West Gate Bank ambassador for the EVERFI program in Lincoln Public Schools to teach financial literacy to students.
