HoriSun Hospice Hires Sarah Nemeth

HoriSun Hospice (www.horisunhospice.com) is pleased to announce the addition of Sarah Nemeth, RN to their team as hospice case manager.

Nemeth graduated from Kaplan University in 2013. She worked as an LPN for seven years previously. Nemeth has worked in skilled rehab, a clinic, and has previous hospice experience. She enjoys the close relationships that are able to be built working in hospice.
