1867 Bar Hosts Women In Business Market

On December 13, 1867 Bar (www.facebook.com/1867Bar) is hosting Women In Business Market, a free event for women that own local businesses here in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. 1867 Bar is located on 101 N. 14th St. and the event will last from 5 to 9 p.m. Please come and support our thriving woman entrepreneur community.

There will be a raffle with items donated from some of these wonderful businesses. Raffle tickets are only $1. All proceeds will be donated to The Keya House and Feya Candle. Feya Candle Co. partners with organizations working to improve communities around the world.

When Feya gives food, they fund the purchasing of meals in the villages they serve, boosting the local economy, and they help in any way they can to serve the food to those who need it most.

They Keya House assist’s individuals living with mental health and/or substance use issues to gain and maintain their recovery by using intentional peer support, offering informed choice, advocating, promoting wellness, and encouraging hope throughout all MHA services and activities.

So far, there are quite a few businesses that will be attending the event, including Fields Floral, Stella Collective, Body Nouveaux Spa, Lotus House of Yoga, The Better Life Nutrition, and Escape Lincoln, just to name a few.
