Woods & Aitken LLP Adds Ashley Dugan to Labor & Employment Practice Group

Woods & Aitken LLP (www.woodsaitken.com) is delighted to announce that Ashley H. Dugan recently joined the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. Dugan represents public and private employers in all areas of labor and employment law, focusing on preventative assistance and counseling.

Dugan joins Woods & Aitken after clerking in the firm for two years. She also previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable C. Arlen Beam of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

She received her J.D. with highest distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she served as executive editor for the Nebraska Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. Dugan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
