Nebraska Safety Council Launches New Worker 360° Risk Assessment
The Nebraska Safety Council (www.nesafetycouncil.org) team designed a new Worker 360° Risk Assessment that provides members an easy way to get a comprehensive view of their workforce. Armed with accurate data, organizations can make informed changes to safety, wellness, and driving programs and practices. It ultimately leads to a more productive, more engaged workforce that impacts your businesses bottom line.
The Nebraska Safety Council is the only Total Worker Health (TWH) affiliate in the state, and one of few in the nation. TWH is a concept that encourages employers to view their workers from an integrated perspective, that safety and wellness both impact a worker on and off the job. As a result, the council promotes integrated risk management through their Worker 360° approach, helping Nebraska businesses look at their employees from every angle.
Assessments are a key tool that provide your business with data on your workforce and what impacts their productivity, engagement, and overall quality of life. They also give employees an avenue to provide anonymous, honest feedback without fear of repercussions. These assessments should be user-friendly for companies to implement and for employees to take, and the reports a business receives should be easy to understand.
The Nebraska Safety Council is a non-profit organization headquartered in Lincoln that provides education and leadership to empower people to live safe and healthy.
