Greenleaf Properties Welcomes Brett Harris, Promotes John Linscott

Greenleaf Properties (www.greenleafproperties.com) brought on Brett Harris in January as a partner and director of brokerage services. In addition, John Linscott, who made partner in January of 2018, has recently been promoted to president and director of asset management.

Prior to joining Greenleaf Properties, Brett Harris served as a commercial leasing agent for Speedway Properties. Earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL), along with his designation in commercial real estate from the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, Harris brings valuable expertise and leadership skills to the company. John Linscott works on the leasing, sale, acquisition, and development of commercial properties, while representing owners, investors, and tenants. In addition to his brokerage activities, Linscott oversees and directs the Facility and Asset Management Division at Greenleaf Properties. Linscott, also a UNL graduate, earned the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute in 2016, and the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2014.
