WISB to Host Monthly Luncheon on March 13

The Women in Sales & Business (WISB; www.wisblincoln.org) monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 13 at Venue Restaurant & Lounge in the NE/Lancaster Room at 4111 Pioneer Woods Dr. The March speaker will be Laura Frantz with House of Colour. Laura will share information on the power of knowing one’s correct color palette for clothing, hair color, makeup, and accessories.

Laura, a lifelong Lincoln resident, received her degree in Fashion Design from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She was introduced to House of Colour through her mother, who asked her to join her in having a color consultation. Laura purchased the franchise, thinking that she would participate with House of Colour as a hobby. Eighteen months later, she is the leading consultant in the company, providing as many as 45 consultations per month. Laura’s business is extremely fulfilling to her and she says her goal is to “empower women to feel confident and embrace their most authentic self.”

The luncheon starts with lunch at 11:30 a.m. with a meeting and speaker to follow from 11:55 a.m. until 1 p.m. Cost is $18 which includes lunch (cost is $10 if you only attend the meeting). Please register online at www.wisblincoln.org on the events page to RSVP.
