Food Fort Hosts Valentine’s Day Dinner Fundraiser
Food Fort of Lincoln (www.lincolnfoodfort.com) recently enjoyed hosting a Valentine’s Day dinner fundraising event on February 16. Donors were invited to enjoy a three-course steak dinner which was fully run by the youth that attend and utilize Food Fort sites around the Lincoln community. This event allowed a portion of Food Fort’s donor base an opportunity to meet and mingle with some of the youth benefiting from the Food Fort organization. This event additionally allowed the youth an opportunity to give back and serve in another way. The Food Fort was very pleased with how the event went and they raised a total of $1,700. A fun evening was had by all.
