EventLNK Announces May Meeting

Join EventLNK (www.eventlnk.org) at the Cornhusker Marriott for this month’s EventLNK meeting on May 23, from 3:15 to 5 p.m., giving you a 360° view of contract negotiation. An expert panel of speakers will cover contract negotiation from the viewpoint of the hospitality industry, event planner’s perspective, and legal obligations and responsibilities. Speakers include Sharon Endorf, director of member engagement for the Nebraska Association of School Boards; Christine Higgins Wilcox, JD at Union Bank & Trust; and Dan Jones, director of sales at The Cornhusker Marriott. They will share helpful tips and best practices from the moment of receiving and reviewing the contract, through negotiations and signing until services have been provided. After the panel, there will be a tour of the Cornhusker’s meeting space, along with networking and hors d’oeuvres.
