48 Bowl Raises Over $3K for People’s City Mission through Mission PossiBowl
48 Bowl, Inc. (dba Parkway Lanes and Hollywood Bowl; 48bowl.com) recently announced that the Mission PossiBowl bowling promotion which ran from April 1 to October 31 was able to raise $3,207 for the People’s City Mission. The Mission PossiBowl open bowling promotion offered customers the opportunity to purchase two games of open bowling and shoe rental every Sunday for a discounted price of $8 per person with $1 for every purchase being donated to People’s City Mission.
“We’re pleased to be able to engage the greater Lincoln community in a promotion that allows them to come together and have fun with family and friends through bowling and know that part of their purchase goes to support a valuable community asset like the People’s City Mission,” said Marketing and Program Director Jennifer Davis-Korn.
The promotion was a hit with staff and customers alike and will return again in the spring of 2020.
