Matt Clare has been promoted to assistant vice president of commercial lending, where he will be responsible for working with existing and prospective commercial clients to help them achieve short- and long-term financial goals by assisting with various credit and depository banking needs.
Tyler Hunt has been promoted to assistant vice president of private banking, where he will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and serve as the single point of contact for all their banking needs, including retail lending, commercial lending, and business development, as well as personal banking.
Jon Hawthorne has been promoted to assistant vice president of Union Equipment Finance, where he will be responsible for business development and relationship management with current and prospective Union Equipment Finance customers.
Miranda Soulliere has been promoted to assistant vice president of customer service, where she will support 15 Lincoln branches, ensuring employees are appreciated, goals are being met, and customers are satisfied. She will focus on leadership, manager development, and overall employee satisfaction, with an emphasis on fostering UBT’s culture.
Mariana Garcia will be shifting from managing the Crete branch to working in Lincoln as an assistant vice president of mortgage loan officers. She will be responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans intended for sale on the secondary market in Lincoln, Crete, and surrounding communities.
Tyler Rains has been promoted to assistant vice president of residential real estate and construction, where he will work closely with both homeowners and builders to originate, underwrite, and manage residential construction loans from start to completion, including nontraditional loans such as land purchases and condo financing.
Carrie Weiler has been promoted to vice president of treasury management in Omaha, where she will be responsible for growing the bank’s commercial deposit balances and delivering integrated treasury management solutions to clients across various industries.
Beth Wheeler has joined the bank as tax officer, bringing seven years of experience to her role of managing the day-to-day activities of all tax functions within the wealth management division.
