ComPro Insurance Adds Kathy Higgins, Justin Moerer, and Morgan Haberman
Compensation Programs, Inc. (ComPro Insurance; comproins.com) is excited to welcome three new team members: Kathy Higgins as executive assistant, Justin Moerer in agent services, and Morgan Haberman as administrative assistant.
Through her work as an art director, freelance graphic designer, and communications director, Kathy brings together creative talent, marketing experience, and organizational skill to serve well at ComPro with marketing, administrative tasks, and agent relations.
Justin offers great attention to detail and technical skills to his new role in agent relations. He previously worked as an estimator for a construction company where he developed strong communication skills. This along with his positive attitude makes him a strong asset in supporting ComPro’s internal agents.
Morgan excels at preparing clients for their meeting times in an excellent and positive manner. Learning from her past experience in the service industry, Morgan knows that connecting with people is what truly drives great customer service. As ComPro’s first point of contact, this connection is vital.
