Old Cheney Rehab Welcomes Gayleen Bradley as Director of Care Coordination

In August, Old Cheney Rehabilitation (oldcheneyrehab.com) welcomed Gayleen Bradley as the new director of care coordination, a role to which she brings nearly 15 years of related experience. Prior to joining the team, Gayleen’s employment background includes serving as a branch manager for Care Consultants for the Aging, a client-care coordinator and dementia-care specialist for Comfort Keepers, a cottage guide at Hillcrest services, an Alzheimer dementia care manager and trainer at Home Instead Senior Care, and more.

“We feel the coordination of care for our guests and their families is an extremely important part of their stay at Old Cheney Rehab,” said Administrator Sara Bunting. “Gayleen brings the experience, expertise, and compassion to each and every guest that comes in and out of our doors.
