LuLu’s Taking Orders for Holiday Pies, Baked Goods to Support Loaves and Fishes

LuLu’s on N (lulusonn.com) is taking orders for its holiday pies and other baked goods throughout November and December to support the mission of the nonprofit arm of the company, Loaves and Fishes. Make your order now for delicious pumpkin, pecan, apple, cherry, coconut cream, chocolate, banana cream, or butterscotch pies and baked goods including sugar cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, assorted holiday cookies, and kolache. Every order provides meals for those who are food-insecure, in line with LuLu’s mission: Good food, doing good!

Since the walk-up restaurant opened, Lulu’s on N has been committed to serving anyone who is hungry, including the homeless and others who are unable to pay. They seek grant funding to extend their reach, as well, including a $10,000 grant they received from the United Methodist Committee on Relief in late June to provide meals to the homeless and at-risk members of the Lincoln community and to purchase groceries and hygiene items to provide at no charge in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

LuLu’s on N is a walk-up restaurant and full-service caterer in downtown Lincoln. LuLu’s can take care of all of your holiday baking needs for you, in addition to providing catering for groups of anywhere from two to three people up to 200.
