HopeSpoke Offers Psycho-Educational Videos and Drop-In Support Groups
HopeSpoke (www.hopespoke.org) has introduced their new drop-in support groups to encourage the use of good mental health habits during this difficult time. The groups are currently being held through Zoom. Individuals ages 19 and older are invited to participate. Groups are being held on Mondays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesdays from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., and Thursdays from 10 to 11 a.m. to accommodate as many people as possible. The support groups are facilitated by HopeSpoke Outpatient Therapist Cambria Beirow, MA, PLMHP. Cambria is also sharing psycho-educational videos via HopeSpoke’s social media. One of the latest videos is on anxiety in children—what symptoms to look for and what actions you can take as a parent or guardian if any is warranted.
