CBMC Lincoln Lincoln Announces Exciting Initiatives for 2021
CBMC Lincoln (Lincoln.cbmc.com) offers a powerful set of processes and tools for personal, professional, and spiritual growth for men in the workplace. They plan to expand these areas in 2021 and also help men deal with the “new abnormal” in family, work, and faith. At the core of CBMC’s ministry is a discipleship process that offers one-on-one mentoring where two men come together to study God’s word, pray, and then apply it to life and business. This is highly relational and involves tremendous personal growth.
Connect3 Teams provide an environment where men can connect to God, connect to one another, and connect to the mission to bring biblical principles and the Gospel into the workplace. Teams of five to eight men enable them to invest in each other’s lives by providing support, accountability and prayer for one another.
Another strong element of the CBMC Lincoln organization is Peer Advisory Groups. They consist of 8 to 12 men who are business owners, senior leaders or professionals. Their purpose is to provide Godly counsel, mutual support, accountability, as well as insights and solutions to business and life challenges.
Their recently launched Young Professionals (YP) groups are designed specifically for men ages 22 to 40. They help young men navigate the challenges, pressures, and priorities of family, business and faith. YP groups offer a close-knit community where men can grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Events in 2021 will include Business Connection luncheons, Bible studies, their Annual Golf Classic, a workshop on worldviews and several lunch and learn events.
CBMC Lincoln is part of a global ministry that encourages men toward spiritual development, personal integrity, principled leadership, and a desire to impact others positively.
