HBAL Spring Parade of Homes is May 9-16
The Home Builders Association of Lincoln (HBAL, info@hbal.org) Spring Parade of Homes has been a Mother’s Day tradition for more than 25 years! The FREE parade runs from May 9-16, with tour hours of 6-9 p.m. weekdays and 1-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. With interest rates so low, now is the perfect time to leap into the home of your dreams, with options for sustainability, energy efficiency, creative floor plans, added space, and modern features like you’ve never imagined!
HBAL’s builders, trade contractors, and suppliers have created 30 wonderful homes in all areas of Lincoln for the public to tour. The Parade includes homes in the following subdivisions: Iron Ridge; Wilderness Hills; The Preserve at Cross Creek, Roca; The Woodlands at Yankee Hill; Vintage Heights; Boulder Ridge; Covenant Addition; Wandering Creek; White Horse; Waterford Estates; Dominion at Stevens Creek; Prairie Village; Northbank Preserve; Legends Addition; Fallbrook; Highland View; Hartland’s View Pointe West; and Southwest Village Heights.
