CBMC Golf Classic to Feature Rod Handley as Luncheon Speaker

The 20th Annual CBMC (Lincoln.cbmc.com)Lincoln Golf Classic and luncheon is set for Monday, July 26 at Wilderness Ridge Golf Course. This year’s event is a special 20th anniversary celebration of the Golf Classic. CBMC is excited to have Rod Handley as the luncheon speaker. Handley is founder and president of “Character that Counts” and speaks nationwide about character, integrity and accountability. He has published over 30 books including “Character that Counts: Who’s Counting Yours?”

Handley has previously served with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), including 11 years as COO/CFO. He has spoken at hundreds of chapel services for collegiate, NFL, NBA, and MLB teams and served as team chaplain for the Seattle SuperSonics and then the Kansas City Royals. A popular retreat and banquet speaker, Handley averages about 250 speaking engagements each year.
