Christian Record Services Adds NET Bible in Braille, Large Print, and Audio
Christian Record Services (www.ChristianRecord.org) is excited to offer the New English Translation (NET) Reader’s Edition bible to members, in braille, large print, and audio. The NET Bible is a completely new translation, completed by more than 25 scholars working directly from the best available Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek texts. With more than 10,000 scholar notes available online, this translation is the most accessible ever due to the unparalleled detailing in the notes and up-to-date language. Learn more at Bible.org.
With the consent of HarperCollins Publishing LLC and Bible.org, Christian Record Services produces the NET Bible in braille in-house, as well as a large print format that follows the standard established within the blind community of 18-point text in APHontTM, a print font designed specifically to meet the needs of individuals with vision loss.
Christian Record Service’s mission is to empower people who are blind to engage their communities and embrace the Blessed Hope. Sharing the Gospel message in accessible formats — including braille, large print, and audio — is essential to reaching individuals who are blind or experiencing vision loss with that Blessed Hope. Do you know someone who is blind or visually impaired? Let them know about free membership with Christian Record Services and the programs and resources that are available!
