Branched Oak Observatory’s First Star Party of 2022 to Take Place March 5
Save the date for Branched Oak Observatory’s (BOO, branchedoakobservatory.com) first star party of the season! On Saturday, March 5, astronomy enthusiasts will gather to see The Great Orion Nebula, as well as a number of other deep-space objects during their Hunting Orion Star Party. The free event is set for 8 – 11 p.m., and is open to the public. BOO is located at 12300 NW 98th St. in Raymond.
In addition to The Great Orion Nebula, you will have the chance to see the Andromeda Galaxy, the Beehive Cluster, the Seven Sisters star cluster, the Crab Nebula, and Mars.
