PCM’s 10th Annual Sock Drive Presented by Realtor’s Association of Lincoln

People’s City Mission (www.pcmlincoln.org) is excited to announce that this year’s sock drive marks 10 years of providing socks for the homeless and impoverished!

The 10th annual sock drive is put on by Realtor’s Association of Lincoln (RAL) and will be held the entire month of February. This year’s goal is to collect 22,000 pairs of socks for 2022. All socks donated will be given to the homeless and impoverished in Lincoln. For more information on donation sites, visit lincolnrealtors.com or RAL’s Facebook (@lincolnrealtors).

People’s City Mission was started in 1907 by local churches, offering food and shelter for transient and impoverished men, women, and children. In 1987, PCM moved to their current location and now houses 350 men, women, and children nightly in their emergency shelters and the Curtis Center transitional housing program. As Lincoln’s homeless shelter, People’s City Mission’s work is more than 97% funded by community donations.
