The gluten-friendly crust is now available for ordering online or in-store. Vic’s would like to advise their customers that, while they are offering non-gluten crusts, their kitchen processes hundreds of pounds of wheat flour a week. There is no way to guarantee a perfectly gluten-free pizza, so they do not recommend their pizza for those with severe allergies.
In addition to being able to order a gluten-friendly pizza, you can also build your own!
