Registration for Bright Lights Summer Camps Opens March 5, Volunteers Wanted

Bright Lights (BrightLights.org) is excited to announce that registration opens for their Summer 2022 camps on Saturday, March 5, at BrightLights.org! This summer, they are offering over 25 brand new camps on topics ranging from robotics to rock climbing and cooking to painting. Check out the almost 100 half-day and full-day camps for K-8th grade students at BrightLights.org, where you can find something for everyone!

Camps will take place at Roper Elementary as well as other community sites over five weeks: June 6-10; June 13-17; June 20-24; June 27-July 1; and July 11-15. Camp scholarships are available and can be applied for during registration; deadline to apply for scholarships is May 1. Have an older student? They can gain some resume-worthy experience and fun volunteer hours by signing up to be a Bright Lights Camp Assistant! These valuable volunteers are ages 8th grade and up and provide support to teachers in each of Bright Lights’ camps, enriching the experience for campers. Applications are accepted starting March 15.
