American Heart Association’s 2022 Lincoln Heart Walk Set for May 14
The American Heart Association (www.heart.org) is eagerly waiting to begin the 2022 Lincoln Heart Walk, taking place on May 14. The walk will begin at 9 a.m. and is being held at Antelope Park, with the starting line near the Bandshell. There will be one-mile and three-mile routes available. Heart Walk promotes physical activity and heart-healthy living in a fun corporate, community, and family environment. They are excited to host their walk in-person this year with a few changes to ensure the safety of all participants.
It’s never been a better time to find new ways to boost physical and emotional health. Joining the Heart Walk is a great way to socially connect and get moving, all while making a great impact in our community and saving lives.
