RMHC Presents Wings & Wheels Gala at Silverhawk Aviation June 3
On Friday, June 3, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC, www.rmhcomaha.org) will present a gala at Silverhawk Aviation’s private airplane hangar at 1751 W Kearney Ave. Beginning at 6 p.m., the event is an exclusive night of viewing exotic cars and aircraft, complete with local gourmet small bites and cocktails, entertainment, and a live auction.
“I first met the RMHC team during the Wings & Wheels signature event, and between the people and the purpose, it was the best event I’ve ever been a part of,” shared John Geary of Silverhawk Aviation. “Their fun attitude and passion they have for this wonderful cause is contagious, and Silverhawk Aviation couldn’t be happier to partner with them on this event.”
Tickets for individuals as well as tables of 10 are available. Sponsorship opportunities are also open. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities or the event, contact Emily Mozer at emozer@rmhcomaha.org.
Ronald McDonald House Charities creates and operates programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children. RMHC also provides wrap-around services delivered by community partners such as a hair salon, financial support, educational programming, mindfulness and yoga, birthday celebrations, a House therapy dog, as well as healing through the arts. The cost to provide their services is approximately $120 per night, per family. Families are asked to donate $20 per night, but no family is ever turned away due to an inability to contribute.
