There’s no better time than summer to get back in shape after tax season, so why not hit the Lincoln trail system to do just that? SP Group, P.C.’s (spgrouppc.com) Summer Bikes and Beers kicked off recently when team members took their bikes to the Jamaica South Trail. Benefits included enjoying the great outdoors, team bonding with work friends and getting the body moving and heart pumping.
Eight riders started at the SP Group office and jumped on the trail heading south to Roca. They hopped off the trail for a quick break accompanied by an adult beverage or two at Roca Tavern. Then, back on the trail, they headed back to Lincoln and Corn Coast Brewing Company where they were joined by several non-riders to cap off the ride with offerings from the taphouse and snacks, shooting the breeze and spinning tall tales about their 14-mile bike adventure.
