The Youth Triathlon will start and end at the Fallbrook YMCA (ymcalincoln.org) with the race route through the Fallbrook neighborhood. The race consists of a swim, bike and run with designated distances based on age. All skill levels are encouraged to participate in this fun, untimed event! The start times are separated by age group with kids ages 11 and up starting at 9:30 a.m. with a 100 yard swim, a two mile bike and a four lap run. Kids ages eight to 10 are next at 10 a.m. with a 50 yard swim, a two mile bike ride and a two lap run. Finally kids ages five to seven start at 10:30 a.m. with a 25 yard swim, a one mile bike ride and one lap run.
