HopeSpoke (hopespoke.org) offers school-based mental health services in 13 locations across Lincoln Public Schools, including elementary, middle and high schools. These services are for students who are in need of therapy and whose parents find it difficult to seek services outside of the school setting.
This community outreach program provides youth with individual therapy during the school day, generally once-per-week, and involves consultation with school personnel regarding behavioral issues. Participation of parents is encouraged.
On-site therapy services are available at specific school locations. These sessions occur during the school day in a private environment. To learn more, visit hopespoke.org. Questions can be directed to info@hopespoke.org or (402) 475-7666.
HopeSpoke’s legacy and mission is to inspire healthy futures for children and their families through comprehensive behavioral and mental health services. The philosophy of the HopeSpoke team is to understand the unique qualities and experiences of those they serve as influenced by emotional and cognitive development, family situation, social environment and personality. Then, through dynamic, interactive therapy, the HopeSpoke team works to examine problems while also building on strengths.
HopeSpoke continues to strive toward its big vision for all children and families to be healthy and hopeful. In alliance with strong affiliations, HopeSpoke has been moving forward and making this a reality in the Lincoln community!
