Establishing an effective employee wellness program requires guidance. The Nebraska Safety Council (NESC) (nesafetycouncil.org) is offering a limited number of wellness consultations to give your business the opportunity to lay the foundation and enhance your practical wellness knowledge. Our Wellness Consultations include a one-hour meeting, “Lunch and Learn” sessions featuring a variety of topics, health screenings, health coaching, and mental or emotional health resources. A wellness consultation with the NESC meets you where you are in your wellness journey, shows you how to refine your wellness engagement, and what defines your goals.
“Members receive unlimited consultation services. This means you can set up virtual or in-person meetings and establish or enhance an existing wellness program, identify key objectives, and action steps, or work towards improving employee engagement, retention, morale, and reducing absenteeism,” says Kelsey Pruss, Wellness Services Manager, Nebraska Safety Council. “Our goal is for key staff to receive the guidance and support needed to build out an effective program. Partnering with NESC allows our team to do the heavy lifting, while your staff can focus on putting an action plan in place,” says Pruss.

• 2024 Timeslots: We have approximately 20 open time slots available for the remainder of August through October.
• Wellness Portal: $60 for nonmembers and $50 for members.
