Last month was exciting because we got to experience Dammi Dammi (dammidammi.com) for the first
time! Located downtown at 128 N 13th St., STE 144, the Dammi Dammi menu features different Levantine salads, soups of the day, and—most noteworthy—many protein bowls, such as Falafel, Honey Harissa Chicken, Shawarma-Style Beef, Moroccan Lamb, and Citrus Salmon. Our group definitely enjoyed trying these! Dammi Dammi is also known for their gelato. Owners Pat and Andy Lane were nice enough to go around with samplers of the gelato. That earned them a couple new fans! Thank you to all our friends and clients who joined us.
Friends4Lunch at Vic’s Pizza on January 11, 11:30 a.m.
New year means new restaurants to try! Please join us on Tuesday, January 11, from about 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Friends4Lunch at Vic’s Pizza (pizzavics.com). The same restaurant group that brought you Honest Abe’s Burgers& Freedom has rolled out this new pizza concept. You’ll find them where Sebastian’s Table used to be, 8340 Glynoaks Dr., STE 100. The menu has quite the variety, and the names will make you chuckle. There are some unique selections for the adventurous eater on their Signature Pizza menu, while the classic menu offers you…well…the classics! We’re excited to watch Vic’s change the pizza game in Lincoln!
Friends4Drinks at Copper Kettle on January 7, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
If you haven’t been to Copper Kettle Mule Bar & Eatery (copperkettlelincoln.com) lately, you’re missing out! Not only do they have a delicious range of Moscow mules and other cocktails, they also have an impressive bites menu. You’ll have to wash down a few tacos while you’re there, or maybe some Kettle Nachos. This is a great hangout spot to get together with friends, coworkers, a first date, or (especially) the Strictly Business team! So mark your calendars for Friday, January 7, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. We will be having our first Friends4Drinks of the year, and we can’t think of a better place to kick off another amazing line-up of local bars and eateries in Lincoln to host our networking events at.
