We had a great turnout at last month’s Friends4Lunch at McKinney’s Irish Pub (mckinneyspub.com/lincoln). It’s such an awesome downtown spot to grab a drink and some grub. There were definitely raving reviews being tossed around the table as we ate. A couple of the stand-outs included the Jameson BBQ Bacon Burger, Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese, Baked Fish and Chips, and Reuben Sliders. Many of us washed our delicious meals down with McKinney’s famous Guinness Combinations. Like many of our amazing clients in the magazine, McKinney’s is locally owned and operated, and we are always thrilled at the opportunity to dine there and support them.

Friends4Drinks at Rock ‘n’ Joe Coffee Bar on November 12
We’re looking forward to rockin’ our way over to Rock ‘n’ Joe Coffee Bar (rocknjoe.com) on Friday, November 12, from 4 to 7 p.m. There will be LIVE MUSIC starting at 6 p.m. from the DUO Boom Band, playing the hits of yesterday and music of The Beatles. Rock ‘n’ Joe has more than just awesome coffee, they also have a delicious wine selection on hand from their own collection, Whispering Winds Vineyards in York, in addition to other cocktails, brews, and beverages at the bar.
