ABC Cornhusker Chapter to Offer Electrical Core Class at ABC Lincoln Training Center
Due to high demand, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC, www.abcnebraska.org) Cornhusker Chapter will be offering an Accelerated Electrical and Core apprenticeship class at the ABC Lincoln Training Center, located at 830 Westgate Blvd., beginning on Thursday, January 13. Starting with the Core curriculum, classes will be once a week from 6 – 8:30 p.m. After Core curriculum is complete, Electrical One will begin in April. Classes will then be Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6 – 8:30 p.m. Breaks will be held on Memorial Day and Fourth of July week. The Associated Builders and Contractors Cornhusker Chapter supports the commercial construction industry through apprenticeship and safety training, advocacy, and workforce development. They are located at 830 Westgate Blvd. in Lincoln and their hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. They have an additional location in Omaha at 10640 Burt Cir., and their hours are 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
