Aging Ally (agingally.org) is expanding its community outreach through the addition of new volunteers and growing partnerships throughout the Lincoln area. As the organization continues to grow, it is increasing awareness that its healthcare advocacy and care navigation services are available to adults, older adults and the families who support them.
Many people assume healthcare advocacy is only for seniors, but Aging Ally has always served adults of all ages facing complex healthcare decisions. Whether navigating a new diagnosis, coordinating care for a loved one, preparing for a hospital discharge, understanding insurance coverage, navigating insurance challenges or planning for the future, Aging Ally provides personalized healthcare advocacy, care coordination, insurance navigation and resource navigation to help individuals and families move forward with confidence; because no one should have to navigate the healthcare system alone.
Since launching in October 2025, Aging Ally has had the privilege of walking alongside Nebraska adults, older adults and families during some of life’s most challenging healthcare journeys. With expanded outreach and volunteer support, the nonprofi t looks forward to educating more people about available resources, building new community partnerships and ensuring that more individuals know where to turn for trusted guidance.
“Thanks to the generosity of community donors and grant funding, financial assistance may be available for qualifying individuals,” said Brenda Soto CEO and Founder of Aging Ally.
