ALLO Expands Fiber Internet, TV, Phone to Fremont Businesses, Residents, Government

ALLO Communications (Allofiber.com/Fremont), a Nelnet Company, recently announced the expansion of fiber service to Fremont, giving local businesses, residents, and government entities access to internet, television, and phone solutions over an all-fiber network. Construction and hiring of the ALLO team began in January, with the initial construction area including the City of Fremont and Village of Inglewood. Adjacent lake communities and other developments will be considered for construction in 2022.

“As a new member of the Fremont community, ALLO believes in being local, hiring local, and giving back to local organizations and nonprofits in meaningful ways,” said ALLO President Brad Moline. “Whether working in a local business, learning in a local school, or working and learning from home, ALLO will make Fremont an even more outstanding community to live, work, play, and thrive.”

With the eventual 20 employees in Fremont, ALLO expects to expand its world-class service to team across Nebraska and Colorado to nearly 600. The City of Fremont is enthusiastic about the expansion, too.
“We are thrilled that ALLO chose Fremont,” said Mayor Joey Spellerberg. “Their plan to build out a communitywide fiber optic will …benefit businesses and residences with greater choices for internet and entertainment. I welcome ALLO and look forward to working with them as we grow Fremont together.”

Founded in Imperial in 2003, ALLO specializes in providing world-class communications services by creating gigabit communities. For more information about ALLO and the construction process in the expansion area, visit Allofiber.com/Fremont.
