Amigos Kings Classic (amigoskings.com) celebrated its 45th anniversary with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce on Sept. 3. An afternoon ribbon-cutting ceremony and networking social was hosted at the 5540 Old Cheney location in Lincoln. Co-founders of the Nebraska-based restaurant chain, Jan and Roger Moore, along with COO Matt Keslar and Catering Manager Jazzi Vogelpohl, took photos with oversized scissors to mark the occasion. The Amigos Food Truck served timeless favorites adored since the 80s: Amigos’ meat nachos and crisp meat burritos with a side of their famous homemade ranch. The Lincoln Chamber’s Executive Director, Jeff Maul and the LCOC team presented engraved scissors to Amigos as a memento.
