Caring Friends (caringfriends.com) is pleased to announce its partnership with PocketRN, a telehealth company that offers remote services to manage its clients’ needs.
The organizations are teaming up to provide services for a new Medicare Program called Guide. It is a free program for dementia clients in their homes. Families can learn more by calling Caring Friends to see if they are eligible.
Clients will benefit from a nurse navigator who helps oversee care and communicates with their primary physician. They also receive up to 72 hours of respite home care services provided by Caring Friends.
