The wine dinner event will be presented by Chef Alec DeGrenier and The Italian Vine. With wine pairings along the way of each course, you’re sure to be swept away by the delicate and expansive flavors of each bite.
You and your sweetheart can expect a Prosecco toast aperitif, a strawberry quinoa salad first course, pan seared scallops coming in for the second course, and roasted airline chicken with parmesan risotto for the third course. To top it all off, the dessert course is a Banana’s Foster fried cheesecake – is your mouth watering yet?
Carmela’s Bistro & Wine Bar has been in Lincoln’s quaint Pioneer Woods Shopping Center since 2008. It is truly the love child of its owner, Marci Hanshaw.
