Chief Operations Officer Henry Augustine spearheaded Central States through the ISO process of certification which took over 10 months to build. Augustine said, “We are committed to providing a high quality & timely repair for our customers.”
Parts & Inventory Manager, Morgan Templemeyer was critical in her role of organizing the shop and building an inventory system to meet the rigorous inventory standards required for ISO9001 certification. Templemeyer said: “We work really hard and take pride in having an organized shop. Seeing the improvements we made and already hearing our customers recognize the changes when they stop in is all the validation we need to know that this positions us for future growth.”
