Celebrating 50 years of serving the Lincoln community in 2016, Ray’s Lawn & Landscape (www.rayslawn.com) was recently honored as a longstanding member of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce with a signature Chamber event commemorating their golden anniversary.
As a part of the series of events surrounding this major company milestone, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held on March 31st with an open house following afterwards. The Svoboda family, including current owners Ken and Larry, their mother and co-founder Mabel, and Larry’s daughter Jenni, who helps to manage the office, were a key part of the ceremony. They welcomed clients, employees, local officials, and members of the community who joined in congratulating them on going strong and successfully growing the business over the years to what it is today – a locally owned and operated company servicing over 12 million square feet of turf in addition to landscape design and installation services, annually grossing approximately $1.9 million in revenue.
