Chesterman Company and Coca-Cola Close on Acquisition of Midwest Territories
Chesterman Company (www.chesterman.com) has closed on its agreement to acquire additional territory in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota from The Coca-Cola Company. This includes the Nebraska distribution facilities located in Lincoln, Omaha, Grand Island, North Platte, Norfolk, and Lone Pine.
Chesterman Company, a fifth-generation beverage company founded in 1872, began distributing Coca-Cola in 1904. This agreement is part of Coca-Cola North America’s ongoing and accelerated implementation of a 21st Century Beverage Partnership Model, a broad initiative aimed at building on system capabilities to sustain success. Financial terms are not being disclosed.
